August 10th @ 1:30pm - Back room, Plantation Hotel.
Financial members of CHMCC will be notified via email, social media, newsletter and the website, at least 21 days before the AGM is to be held.
CHMCCs financial calendar is yearly, commencing January 1st, and ending December 31st. Only current year financial members and life members will have the ability to vote at the AGM.
A register of current members will be held on the day by the secretary, with attendance taken.
Anyone interested in becoming a financial member of CHMCC should head to the membership page to submit their application to become a member before the August 10th meeting.

- Be a 2024 financial member, or life member of the company.
- Submit your nomination form (below) by 5pm August 3rd to [email protected] - late nominations will not be accepted.
- With your submission, you must include a 200-300 word about me, which explains why you wish to be voted on to the 2024-2025 CHMCC committee.
- Include a recent headshot.
