Annual General Meeting
The 2023 AGM was held on 19th August 2023 at The Cavanbah Centre, Coffs Harbour.
2024 AGM will be announced in due course.
Members of CHMCC will be notified via email, social media, newsletter and the website, two weeks before the meeting is to be hold.
Only current financial members and life members will have the ability to vote at the AGM.
A register of current members will be held on the day by the secretary.
Anyone interested in becoming a member of CHMCC should head to the membership page to submit their application to become a member before the August meeting - cost starts at $10 per person.
Anyone interested in becoming a committee member must submit their nomination form 7 days before the AGM to info@coffsharbourmcc.com
